+ Incomplete ss: can ask and answer themselves

Lesson 1 (1,2)
I. Objectives:
 * By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: 
 + use the words and phrases ( ghost story, fox, crow, magic, lamp, snow white, dwarf..) related the topic “ Favourite books”. Ask and answer questions about 
+ ask and answer questions about what story/book someone is reading , using “ What are you reading? I’m reading 
 - Ss can develop some following competences: 
 + Communicative and collaborative...r’s: books, pictures, flashcards,CD.
 -Students’: books, notebooks, crayons, pens, boards

 -Communicative Language Teaching

 Activity 1: Warm up

	Content 1: Look, listen and repeat: 
Teaching vocabulary: 
Ghost story: truyện ma

	+ Do choral & individual repetition, pointing to the characters speaking.
	+ Play the tape for Ss to listen & say along.

+ Have pupils look at the pictures and read aloud the phrases under each picture. 
+ Point at each picture and introduce the question How do you practise.? for pupils to pra... Call a few pairs to role play in front of the class

Procedure: 
	 + Show Ss how to listen to the recording and tick the correct pictures. 
 + Asks them to look at the pictures to identify the characters and what they do to practise English.
 + play the recording all the way through for pupils to listen and tick the pictures.
 + Play it again for them to complete the task. Monitor the activity and offer help, if nece...oster, ask ss to read the sentences focus on the context to select the 	appropriate words form the box
+ Set time limit for ss to read and complete individualy.
+ Share with partner
+ Call some ss to give the answers and T gives feedback. 
Activity 4: 
Content 6: Let’s play 
Procedure: 
-Divide class into three groups. One group say 3 sentences about a story.
- The group get 1 points if they can get the story correctly with one sentence, two points with 2 sentences,....
- The group with... - Practice the target item.

I. Objectives:
 * By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
+ use the words and phrases related to the topic Introduction
+ look at the pictures and guess what the story is about 
+ practise asking and answering questions about frequency, using “What’s .....like?/ He’s/She’s......”
 - Ss can develop some following competences: 
+ Communicative and col.... 
 II. Materials:
 -Teacher’s: books, pictures, flashcards,CD.
 -Students’: books, notebooks, crayons, pens, boards
III. Method:
 -Communicative Language Teaching
 -Total Physical Response
 -Natural Approach
 -3Ps
 -Work individually, pairwork, groupwork
III. Teaching activities: 
 Activity 1: Warm up 
 Guesing game
 -Divide class into three groups. One group say 3 sentences about a story.
- The group get 1 points if they can get the story correctly with one sentence, two points w...questions about what the character of a book/story is like, using What’s ..like? He’s .
+ Point at each picture and ask the class What’s An Tiem like? for them to answer He’s hard-working. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the pictures. 
+ Ask pupils to work in pairs: one asks the question and the other answers it.
+ Invite one or two pairs to act out the exchanges.
