Teaching the letter U / u - Procedure: + Have Ss point to the letter U/u explain that the name of the letter U...ning Ask them to listen and repeat the word sun, truck, bus, running + Repeat the same procedure with the sun, truck and bus. Give further support to those pupils who find it difficult to do the task. + Play the recording again and have them listen, point to the letter U/u and and repeat until they feel confident.
