Teaching activities: Activity 1: Warm up Sing a song Activity 2: -Content 1.Listen and repeat a. Teaching the letter C/c - Procedure: + Have Ss point to the letter C/c explain that the name of the letter C/c is different to its sound /c / +Encourage Ss to repeat several times b.Set the scence: - Procedure: +Have pupils look at the picture and describe it. Draw pupils’ attention to th... + Play the recording again and have them listen, point to the letter C/c and the cảr, cup and cake and repeat until they feel confident. Correct pronunciation, if necessary. +Play the recording again and call some pupils to say the letter C/c and the words car,cup,cake in front of the class. Activity 3: -Content 2: Point and say - Procedure: +Have pupils look at the picture again, saying Look at the picture on Page 9, please! Ask them to describe the picture again.
